Fluid offers FREE shipping on all Apparel items via NZPost for orders over $150. Approximate Shipping Duration 1 - 3 Business Days.

• Returns and Exchanges

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we'll help you with your return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for merchandise that is:

• Unwashed, unworn, and retains its original tags and packaging,
• Returned within 21 days of receiving the order.

Return costs are at the expense of the customer and original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note that all returns or exchanges are subject to approval by Fluid.
Items not meeting these criteria, such as those showing signs of wear, odor, or damage, will regrettably not qualify for return or exchange.
