New Zealand : 1 – 3 Business days
Australia : 3 - 10 Business days

Returns & Exchanges:

At Fluid, we stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a return or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval by Fluid.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or odor will not qualify for return or exchange.
